Description

The Development Coordinator will support development efforts for both the
Annual Fund and Capital Campaign including: donor research and capacity building, special events assistance, and volunteer development. Key to this position is the ability to juggle various projects at once, while maintaining a clear view of how each project supports the organization’s mission.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree. Relevant experience can be substituted for a degree.
• At least 2-3 years of administrative experience in a nonprofit setting
• Excellent project management skills
• Ability to successfully manage different projects at once
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as a team player
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
