General Description of Position: As a member of the Administration/Development Team of SPAN, the position of Office Manager is responsible for coordinating the administrative, human resource, and operational functions of SPAN. Responsibilities include: maintain donor database and oversee accurate and appropriate reporting of all revenue; generate printed thank you letters; support accounting processes, including bill payment and invoicing; oversee core HR functions, including bi-weekly payroll; plan and implement office systems and administrative procedures; provide administrative support to the Executive Director and Development Director.

Job Requirements
• B.A. in human services or equivalent experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook. Proficient in Quickbooks or comparable accounting software. Knowledge of Salesforce strongly preferred.
• Excellent organizational & communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team. Highly motivated, positive attitude.
• 3 years of office management, human resources, or related experience.
• Demonstrated commitment to and knowledge of social justice & gender violence, and anti-racism issues.
• Able to work in a multi-racial, inclusive environment; demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse community groups and organizations.
