Description
Johnson and Wales University is looking for a Manager of Alumni Relations. This position:
-Develops and maintains programs for geographically based alumni
-Develops and maintains regional alumni chapters and activities while providing leadership and direction to the campus alumni council representatives
-Develops alumni events and networking programs and communicates such information to recent alumni using various types of media
-Develops and maintains a student alumni association to involve current students as volunteers in alumni relationship building activities.
-Collaborates with university alumni relations to update the alumni database with accurate data
Develops content and collects photographs for print and online communication materials
-Assists with cultivation of prospects and stewardship of donors related to university advancement programs and events
-Assists with the planning and management of the alumni fund
-Promotes alumni programs to campus staff
-Supervises and manages student employees to enhance their academic and professional development
-Performs other duties as assigned

Job Requirements
-Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business, management or related field of study
-Minimal amount of experience in program management, communications, or related field
-Minimal amount of experience in program management, communications, or related field
