Through a series of intimate “Chef Dinners” they’re gaining all the benefits of the classic house party model – small groups of like-minded people gathering to learn about the good work of an organization, talk about shared concerns, have a little fun, and give generously.   • Calculated Optimism or Just Plain Faith?

    Religious or not, most fundraising professionals have a degree of faith. We have to. How else could we commit to revenue goals that depend largely on the good will of hundreds, perhaps thousands, of other people? In other professional fields this would be considered ludicrous.
